If you do need to cancel your skip, please contact our office 24 hours before delivery date. Refunds will be made to the original payment card. Am and PM delivery options are only a guide and cannot be guaranteed
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any damage caused off the public highway whilst delivering or collecting a skip will be the customer’s responsibility.
SKIPS MUST NOT BE MOVED ONCE DROPPED
LEVEL FILL ONLY
We will not be held liable for damage caused by Skips placed over walls.
Once the skip becomes due for collection, it will automatically go onto a collection list and we will endeavour to collect as close to this date as possible.
